TV-Browser is an advanced Windows TV guide that downloads information from the Internet and displays it in a well-organized interface. It has a great amount of features, and you can only discover them all as you use the program.
The main window shows the TV schedule for all selected channels and a simple double-click on one of the entries launches a dedicated screen with information such as program genre, description, production year, website, duration, start and end time.
You can update the program not only for the current day, but also for tomorrow, with options allowing a download for up to the next 3 weeks. Automatic update can also be enabled, again from the settings screen.
One of the most important things when it comes to such a program is the number of supported channels which, in our case, isn’t quite impressive. Unfortunately, TV-Browser supports just a limited number of countries, such as the US, Germany, France, Italy or Spain. It does support plugins on the other hand, so you can add new features by installing separate add-ons.
